Any content depicting minors (persons under 18) in sexual, suggestive, or exploitative situations. This includes illustrated content. Violation of this provision is a criminal offense under RA 9775 and will be reported to authorities without exception.
Content that depicts, glorifies, or presents approvingly sexual acts performed without consent. This includes rape, sexual assault, and coercion presented in a positive or approving light.
Sexually explicit or suggestive content depicting real, identifiable persons without documented proof of their consent. This includes celebrities, public figures, and private individuals.
Any content depicting sexual acts between humans and animals, whether real or fictional/illustrated.
Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrighted comics, characters, or artwork uploaded without proper authorization or licensing. This includes well-known manga, comics, and characters owned by publishers.
Content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
Video files, animated GIFs, Flash animations, or any other moving-image formats. PanelX is a static image comic platform only.
Premium subscribers may submit original comics for publication consideration. All submissions must:

We take all reports seriously and aim to review and act on reports within 24 hours. For reports involving potential CSAM, we will act immediately and report to authorities as required by law.
Violations of this Content Policy may result in the following actions, depending on severity:
